OBJECTIVE:

To facilitate smooth and timely responses to inquiries about PEP and to help support new Peace Education Programs globally

ANSWERS TO: Operations Manager for Peace Education Program

DESCRIPTION:

Respond to Spanish inquiries about the TPRF Peace Education Program using Help Desk reporting software (ZenDesk)

TASKS:

• Check and respond to email inquiries about PEP at least once daily, response based on PEP-recommended guidelines and using Help Desk response templates
• Work through Help Desk software, opening and closing Help Desk tickets

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Computer literate
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Experience with Help Desk software welcome (not required)
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish (bi-lingual)
• Shows initiative and works within timeframes
• Some background with the Peace Education Program preferred

REQUIRED RESOURCES: Private computer, Skype account

Provided by PEP Operations Manager via Skype

LOCATION: Virtual

TIME COMMITMENT:

5 hours per week
