OBJECTIVE:

Manage and maintain PEP’s current websites (Divi Theme for WordPress) to ensure that posted information is up-to-date, informative, and accessible

ANSWERS TO: PEP Graphic Arts Coordinator

DESCRIPTION:

Oversee management, updating, and ongoing maintenance of the PEP section of the TPRF website, the PEP Graphic Resources website, and the PEP Image Library

TASKS:

• Update charts, graphs, and tables on the TPRF PEP listings website pages monthly
• Update the PEP Image Library as new images and release forms are received from global PEP teams
• Tag and upload new photos and releases according to quality guidelines
• Update the PEP Graphic Resources website as new PEP documents and resources are developed
• Create associated graphics, upload files, and link to corresponding folders stored in Dropbox
• Provide occasional uploads to MagCloud

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• WordPress (preferably Divi theme)
• HTML and CSS would be helpful
• Experience working with Google Sheets, creating online graphs, charts, and tables
• Experience in using FTP (file transfer protocol) to upload images to TPRF server
• Familiar with all main image file formats (i.e., jpg, tiff, psd, png, bmp, pdf)
• Good teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills; well organized
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Proficient in English

REQUIRED RESOURCES: Computer, either Mac or Windows OS; good Internet connection

TRAINING/BRIEFING PROVIDED:

Training via phone, Skype, and email

LOCATION: Virtual; ability to have conversations during US business hours a plus

TIME COMMITMENT:

Initially approx. 6 hours per week; ongoing 4 hours per week
