OBJECTIVE:

To extract information from the PEP Database and use to prepare reports and outline information for use by various PEP Support Team members and Country Contacts

ANSWERS TO: The PEP Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION:

Compile PEP data from areas of the world for review by PEP Customer Service Representatives and other Support Team members in order to update them with current PEP Statistics

TASKS:

• With direction from the PEP Operations Manager, design a template for displaying the statistics of PEP Teams according to geographic area, then assemble the reports for each area and update regularly
• Generate other reports as requested by extracting the information from the PEP Database

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent ability with spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Word
• Good communications skills
• Responsive
• Willing to check email every other day
• Some knowledge of the Peace Education Program helpful

REQUIRED RESOURCES: Internet connection, private computer, Skype

TRAINING/BRIEFING PROVIDED:

Orientation, ongoing direction from the Operations Manager via phone/Skype to begin within one week of acceptance of role.

LOCATION: Virtual, within 3 hours of Pacific Time Zone US

TIME COMMITMENT:

3 ½ hours per week to include two monthly conference calls
